Holy Week 2026

Palm Sunday

Sunday, March 29th
6:00p.m. Student Mass
Join us as we begin the journey of Holy Week. We will have dinner in the Catholic Center after Mass.
Tenebrae Service

Wednesday, April 1st
7:30p.m.
As the candles in St. Peter’s Church are slowly extinguished, all are invited into prayer and reflection on Christ’s passion and death through this traditional Tenebrae service.
Mass of the Lord's Supper

Thursday, April 2nd
7:30p.m.
The Easter Triduum begins with Mass at St. Peter’s Church, specifically focusing on the Institution of the Eucharist and the priesthood.
After Mass, women are invited to join an overnight adoration vigil to watch and pray with the Lord.
Stations of the Cross

Friday, April 2nd
12p.m.
Join us as we pray the Stations of the Cross outdoors on College Ave across from the College Ave Student Center.
Good Friday Service

Friday, April 2nd
3:00p.m.
Students are invited to join St. Peter’s Parish for the solemn Good Friday Service. The Church remains bare and simple in commemoration of the hour of Jesus’s passion and death on the Cross.
Easter Vigil

Saturday, April 3rd
7:30p.m.
The Easter Vigil Mass is the first celebration Christ’s Resurrection and victory over death. The Mass is a joyful time where we journey from dark to light — from condemnation to redemption — through Scripture.
Catechumens receiving Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation will receive these during the Vigil.
The Vigil typically lasts for about 2.5-3 hours.
Easter Sunday Mass

Sunday, April 4th
9:00a.m., 11:30a.m., and 6:00p.m.
Come to celebrate the Resurrection of Christ at Sunday Mass. Christ is Risen!
